Biography

Sim joined our team in London in October 2025, and works as an Associate Solicitor within the property department.

After completing her law studies at university and conquering the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Sim has immersed herself in the fast-paced world of new build properties, gaining over 8 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of housing associations and developers. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.

Sim prides herself on being naturally detail-oriented, but also loves problem-solving and finding practical solutions that make clients’ lives easier. Whether it’s tackling a tricky transaction or ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

When she’s not immersed in contracts and developments, you’ll likely find her trying new food spots or exploring new places.
