Shaun Steatham

Shaun joined the team in Pontefract as a Conveyancing Executive. Shaun’s roles here consist of managing a caseload of new build property files. Shaun has been working in conveyancing for nearly 10 years, specialising in the new build sector. Along with this, he’s gained extensive knowledge of dealing with the sale of properties under the building safety act, purchasers proceeding under companies along with the usual tight deadlines which are required to be met. Outside of the office, Shaun enjoys watching Aston Villa and going for enjoyable walks with family.
