We are excited to announce the launch of New Riverside Legal, a new part of Watson Ramsbottom Solicitors, operating from our latest office in London. This marks an important milestone in our growth, as we bring our long-standing values and expertise into the capital under a fresh new identity designed for the opportunities ahead.
This new office will initially specialise in New Build Property and Shared Ownership, two areas where demand and expertise are rapidly growing. Over time, New Riverside Legal will broaden its offering, developing into a full-service legal practice while continuing to uphold the same standards of client care, integrity, and dedication that Watson Ramsbottom has built its reputation on.
This venture is being led by Chimi Shakohoxha and Nalton Stembari, two highly respected solicitors who have joined us from a leading London law firm. They bring with them a wealth of knowledge, experience, and deep connections within the property sector.
Working alongside them will be Associate Solicitor Ben Ashworth and a select team from Watson Ramsbottom, bringing the ethos and culture which underpin everything we do at Watson Ramsbottom and firmly embedding them from day one, helping establish a strong foundation for New Riverside Legal’s future growth.
By combining Watson Ramsbottom’s established infrastructure, values and standing within the New Build Property sector with the entrepreneurial drive and expertise of Chimi and Nalton, New Riverside Legal represents a true meeting of strengths, and together we are perfectly placed to assist clients both in London and beyond.
